COST AND ELIGIBILITY

Individuals and teams accepted for grades 5-12

(OHSAA rules allow only 2 players from the same school per team for grades 8 thru 12)

Each player receives a league t-shirt

Games will be held at The Edge fitness complex.  Games will begin September 13 and be played on Sundays.

Only 2 players per school building allowed on the same team per OHSAA rules (this applies to grades 8-12 only).

All players and teams that pay by check or credit card, please also mail in a completed registration form to:
